Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Customers must expect at least 3 to 5 days to have their merchandise at their door. In the future we arrange to provide faster services. RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT INTERNET CAFE
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment. If you are returning a gift, you may choose a merchandise credit. If you paid with a Debit or Credit Card(s), the amount will be credited to the account.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.
Return/Exchange INTERNET CAFE items
Please return merchandise in its original box, and be sure to send the Return Form that accompanied the shipment. Your credit will be issued at the time of your return.
Return INTERNET CAFE items by mail
Use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
- Indicate on the return form the number of items you are returning and the reason.
- Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and ship it via insured USPS or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label.
- Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
Exchange INTERNET CAFE items by mail
You will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item. Use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
- Indicate on the Return Form the number of items you are exchanging and the reason.
- If the requested exchange item is not available, please indicate your credit preference (credit to your Debit or Credit Card(s) account or Merchandise Credit).
- Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and ship it via insured USPS or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label.
- Supply any comments necessary for processing your exchange.
- Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
